Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “T&Cs”) govern the relationship between 90skidsnorthcarolina.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and its customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer” or “Customers”) in connection with the sale of digital products through the Provider’s webshop.

Offer and Contract Formation
The Provider’s offer is directed to anyone who wishes to purchase the product. The presentation of the products in the webshop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. The contract between the Customer and the Provider is only concluded once the Customer places an order and the Provider confirms it. The Provider reserves the right to reject orders without stating reasons.

Prices and Payment Terms
The prices in the Provider’s webshop are stated in Swiss francs and include value-added tax. The Provider reserves the right to change prices at any time. The following payment methods are available to the Customer: Twint, credit card, Apple Pay. The Provider reserves the right to exclude individual payment methods. The Customer agrees that the link to the digital product will be sent to them by email immediately after the order has been completed.

Delivery
As these are digital products, delivery takes place immediately after the order has been completed via email.

Right of Withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal, as the products are digital goods.

Warranty and Liability
The Provider guarantees that the digital products are free from material and manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. No further warranty is provided. The Provider is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products by the Customer.

Data Protection
The Provider undertakes to treat the Customer’s personal data confidentially and to use it only within the scope of order processing. The data will not be passed on to third parties.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the Provider.

Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The parties shall replace the invalid provision with a legally permissible regulation that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
